Job summary:

An opportunity has arisen to join the Rolls-Royce Accounts Receivable Team in Poland as Senior AR Specialist with Spanish. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective support which is tailored to our customers' needs. Rolls-Royce operate a standardised shared services model which ensures both consistency and excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring customer accounts and contacting customers to ensure payments are received on time, disputes are correctly addressed and solved in a timely manner.
  • Allocating incoming payments to customer accounts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Investigating and resolving payment issues, such as over- or underpayments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, etc.) so that all billing or payment issues are properly addressed.
  • Customer records and aging reports maintenance.
  • Performing billing activities.
  • Distributing and archiving invoices.
  • Managing customers’ credit limit, analysing customers’ accounts and credit situation to provide input needed for order release purposes.
  • Supporting month-end closing activities.
  • Preparing reports e.g. aged debt, bad debt, cash forecast.
  • Leading and participating in process related meetings.
  • Supporting internal and external audit related to Accounts Receivable.
  • Following policies, procedures and internal controls requirements.
  • Reviewing and updating DTPs on a regular basis.
  • Investigate process improvement possibilities.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience of working in AR.
  • Experience of financial transactional delivery in a shared service environment.
  • Demonstrate skills across Accounts Receivable: Billing, Cash Application, Cash Collections, Credit management and others.
  • Demonstrate good OtC end-to-end process knowledge.
  • Very good written and spoken English and Spanish (minimum B2).
  • Good IT skills across a range of applications including SAP, MS Office skills including Excel ​.
  • Capable of processing high volumes of tasks at high levels of accuracy
  • Attention to detail, Problem-solving skills, Ability to work independently
  • Time management skills - You will need to be well organised and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
